Usage Method
(1) Polyether defoamer is a mixture with stable thermodynamic properties, and no stratification will occur when left standing.
(2) This product cannot be diluted with water. Dilution with water may cause stratification, reduce the defoaming and foam-suppressing effect, and ultimately increase the use cost. Our company shall not be held responsible for this.
(3) When using this product on-site, it is recommended to add it at a place where the defoamer is easily dispersed. According to different application systems, the addition amount of the defoamer can range from 10 to 1000 ppm. The optimal addition point, addition amount, addition method, and dilution ratio need to be determined by the customer through tests according to the actual on-site conditions.
Packaging and Storage
25KG plastic barrels, 200KG plastic barrels, or 1000KG ton barrels. This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, and must not be exposed to sunlight or near heat sources. In case of fire, it should be handled according to the general petroleum product fire-fighting methods.
Under the recommended storage temperature (5℃ ~ 40℃) and unopened packaging, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
